Shumaker Herefords

One four year old herd sire, AWS Sounder 543 (P42608003), is for sale.

Also one coming 2 year old bull, AWS Farther 858 (P42899037), is for sale.

17 heifer calves have been retained as potential replacements. 4 or 5 will probably be offered for sale in early April, 2010 after yearling data and ultrasound scans are complete.

3 bull calves (P42998957,P42998956 and P42998951) are in the Green Springs Bull Test where they will be tested for gain and feed efficiency. A couple of these yearling bulls will probably be offered for sale when the test finishes in April 2010.
